Coffee Selections

As coffee is a seasonal crop, the availability changes from year to year. 

I do a unique roasting method that creates a melange of medium/light to medium/dark levels. I've found that this gives us the entire spectrum of flavors available in each unique coffee.

I source green coffee beans from Oakland based supplier Coffee Shrub. Over the years I've sourced beans from various suppliers and have found no equal to Coffee Shrub, their quality and commitment to ethical practices can't be beaten.
